When i was looking for help Micheal responded in 30 min .He called me and introduced him self on the phone and everything how long he is in the business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based off my knowledge over 25 years in construction and management. I have a min charge to come to your property and perform work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interactions are to determine the issue, severity, and how quickly I can get there to fix the current situation. I will talk with the customer and ask the questions needed to provide a fair and accurate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in construction my whole life, I have multiple certifications including osha, scaffolding, hazardous certifications and 16 years as a Dad with a “honey do list”.
