Dinna responded to our last minute staging request and got everything sorted out in a day. She did go above and beyond by putting some light touches on areas we didn’t plan to stage, which makes the house more ‘’complete’’. She tried to accommodate our needs as much as she can since we are still in the house. The overall process was pretty positive to us.

Dinna and her team did a phenomenal job for our production. On two occasions we hired DJL Visions to provide the staging for our filming set. While this is a bit out of the scope of regular home staging, Dinna and her team worked closely with us, made the adjustments we needed, and put up and broke down the staging in a timely manner. On top of all that, the set looked amazing and perfectly fit our shoot. I would highly recommend her and would use her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project.
Home Staging and Interior Design consultations start at $300-500, are conducted at the site for 60-90 minutes, and include talking with the client, taking measurements, taking pictures, and assessing the best outcome for the property.
Home Staging starts at $1,500. The fee is collected as follows: 50% upon signing the contract/agreement, and 50% collected the day of staging.
I work with customers to provide the best services, using the best quality of products, and ensure they are happy with the final results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. My typical process includes an assessment of the client's needs and discussion around expectation, timeline, flexibility, budget.
The interior decorating process involves carefully selecting items that meet the client's style, ensuring seamless flow throughout the rooms. Clients can also select a wide array of accessories from my own inventory consisting of carefully curated items that will add the final touches to the project.
If the project involves other professionals, I carefully conduct research and coordinate with them and the client on a constant basis.
The client is involved in many phases to ensure the final product will meet expectations.
