Javier was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I initially called him to look at a few leaks I knew about and he gave me a free inspection. I just bought my house and it was built in 1961 so it had a few issues. He noticed that I had no pressure regulator valve so my water pressure was way too high. He fixed this and the leaks and installed a main water shutoff valve inside my house so that I can shut off the water without having to go into the crawl space. He was very quick to respond to emails and in getting the work done. I highly recommend Javier.

The JC Trades team provided excellent,t services meeting or exceeding our expectations. The owner was responsive to our request and accommodated our request when change was necessitated. Their price was fair and and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended.
