We hired American Landscaping Pros to address a grading issue in our backyard. Certain areas flooded during heavy rain, making the yard unusable. Jared came out, provided a fair quote, and assured us he could resolve the flooding by grading the yard properly. However, after the project was completed, I noticed the same areas still collected water when I watered the yard. I also realized after they left that their bobcat had caused cracks in my driveway. When Jared and his team were working on a project at my neighbor’s property, I brought both issues to his attention. Jared did come back and fix the cracks in the driveway, but he asked me to send photos of the yard after a rainy day so he could identify and address the problem areas with the grading. I provided the requested photos after the next rain and asked him to return to address the issues. Unfortunately, I received no response despite following up multiple times. My wife eventually managed to reach him, and he assured us he would take care of it. However, it has now been four weeks, and we have heard nothing. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered, and it seems unlikely that he or his team will return to properly grade the yard. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of money we spent. The main issue—the flooding—remains unresolved, and now that the grass is growing, there are bare patches in the yard where seeds washed away due to the poor drainage. I strongly advise against hiring this company for significant landscaping projects. If you do, be sure to verify that all promised work is completed to your satisfaction before the team leaves, as follow-up support appears unreliable.

Yard was out of control, but this team got all the hedges, trees, and bushes trimmed and cleared the weeds. Knowledgeable about the myriad of plants and landscaping in the yard and left everything looking great.
