I am a retired general contractor. I was licensed in CA for 23 years. I have worked in all the trades, and have worked in mobile home factories, was a service manager for a mobile home dealer, and have managed a mobile home park.
We have a crew of two full time and two part time. We do all types of repair, from rotten wood repair to window and door replacement, faucet replacement or electrical fixtures, etc. We build decks and small additions. We do some painting. We can install hardwood flooring and vinyl flooring. We can install cabinets. We do finish trim work.
We have been known to travel fifty miles for a job, but will consider going further if the job is big enough.
