Peppy Pets takes amazing care of our new rescue pup! We use them for regular dog walking while we are work. They offer GPS check-in to let you know when they arrive and when they leave. And they provide a visit report which helps us keep tabs on our pup's activities. They are also available last-minute if we get stuck at work or if we need them to visit our pup earlier than scheduled. Additionally, they've given us great advice on the (many) questions we have as new puppy parents. Having Peppy Pets gives us peace of mind to know our dog is well cared for while we are at work!

Stephane, the business owner, came by to meet us prior to using the service despite impending icy weather. Her heart for dogs is obvious and her friendliness and professionalism came through. Rachael, who ended up walking our dogs, also came by prior to walking the dogs and all went well. Relieved to have a caring, competent dog service to turn to when we need them.

I have only been working with them a week and a half or so but so far they are doing a great job! They were super helpful when I needed a walk for my two dogs last minute and the email follow up after the walks is so helpful to know how my dogs did.

We love BJ!! We have two dachshunds and it really puts my mind at ease to know someone will be there to let my dogs outside and play or do whatever they need to. They are very affordable, very flexible and offer so much. I wish we would get photos but I love getting reports when BJ leaves. This momma is happy knowing i can work my long hours when i need to and my babies are cared for and loved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drop In Visits- $17.60 (Rates are all inclusive) Daily Walks/ Visits- $$19.60 for 30 min. (up to 3 pets, $3.00 each additional pet) $22.00 for 45 Min (up to 3 pets, $3.00 each additional pet) $24.20 for 60 Min (up to 3 pets, $3.00 each additional pet) Overnight (your home)- $60.50 per day (up to 3 pets, $5.00 each additional) Rates are all inclusive. One flat rate for all your pet's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free meet and greets for all our clients. This gives the pet owner and the pets an opportunity to make sure they are comfortable with the pet sitter. We also have a Customer Portal for scheduling and billing. This portal is an online website where you can enter in all your pet's medical information, request services, cancel services and see upcoming scheduled services, and pay your bill all in one secure place.
