- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pay great attention to detail; we visit the venue and make recommendations on what the best methods for decorating room, best location for Photo Booth, coordinate the location for each third party vendor. We work with the venues coordinator to make sure we meet criteria contractual obligations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial RFI is sent to client, review budget, discus options for decor rentals, floral arrangements, lighting, programs, invitations and photo booth options. Initial site visit, review and recommend options for decorating venue, contact third party vendors needed (Dj, bartender, etc. and create contracts for each. Review initial order requests and get approval from client, purchase orders, second site visit, discuss catering options. Meet with staff to to review setup options, Review transportation a delivery, security detail and final changes, third site visit with mock setup on site, Client has unlimited time to discuss details of their event with planner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified project manger, certified planner, licensed and insured for all my staff.
