- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is factored into a home sale. That means ZERO out of pocket expenses to benefit from my market expertise and phenomenal customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first listen to their needs, explain the process and how I can help them. I pledge to all my customers and clients a fair, honest, and equitable experience in accordance with the REALTOR Code of Ethics. If they choose to employ my services, we sign a short term buyer's agency agreement or a listing a agreement. From there, I guide you through the real estate channels, show property, answer questions, anticipate needs and put out fires! Through it all, we build a relationship and progress towards your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an actively licensed, fully insured Broker in North Carolina. Additionally, I am a member of the National Board of Realtors.
