I had a non standard job to get done where I needed a big lift one day, then I had to do some work, then we had to do another big lift to put it all back together. These guys were perfect.
I've come to expect, unfortunately, bad service from labor crews and businesses over the years. If even just half of the businesses I interact with were more like Capital City I'd be in good shape.
-Timeliness: I submitted the request, they called me within 20 minutes and were out same day.
-Responsiveness: I had a couple of text and phone conversations between the two phases of the job. They felt like friends, not like a labor business. Awesome.
-Punctuality: 10 minutes early both times.
-Quality: this was a job where a thousand things could have gone wrong, but Capital City is a pro outfit. They were careful, took their time, gave me exactly what I needed.

These folks are so great!! They responded promptly to my request and were able to schedule a convenient time. Excellent communication throughout the process. They were able to wrangle a very heavy vanity up a flight of stairs and maneuver it into a tight space without scraping walls or floors. And on top of everything very friendly and professional. Will be calling in them again. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a company to help you move, and want it done fast and efficiently this is the company for it!!!! They were lovely to work with and made sure all fragile items were wrapped and stored properly. I’ll definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Q, Angela, and team were absolutely amazing. They moved a 650 safe up a flight and half of stairs with a slight jettison with easy! The price was exceptionally better than we were expecting and the speed of moving such a heavy safe up the stairwell was done efficiently and we are more than grateful. This team knows how to get it done and we will definitely be selecting them again in the future.
