Derek was very good at communicating arrival time. When he showed up and looked at job, he discovered a large loose tile, was able to come up with a remediation plane and then proceeded to execute very efficiently.
I could not be happier with the final results and our shower floor looks like new. Besides the one tile, this was mainly a regrout job.

great to wok with Derek. I needed complete grout replacement for primary shower for floor and walls. took prob 12-15 hours over 4 days. had a few days of waiting on correct color caulk from store. I would hire Derek again.
