We offer fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Most services are flat-rate pricing, and I provide discounts for repeat customers, bundled services, and small businesses needing ongoing support. Remote services are usually more affordable and faster than onsite visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking questions about the issue and the device being worked on. Then I diagnose the problem, explain the recommended solution, and provide pricing before starting work. Once approved, I complete the repair or service and make sure everything is running properly before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
