Corey is truly spectacular at what he does. He is nice, attentive, and thorough. Very fair on pricing as well. He remediated mold in my ceiling after a water leak. Everything was done in two days (mold remediation and new dry wall) I highly recommend him if you need any type of mold remediation!

He did a great job! He explained everything and helped us pick out dehumidifiers to use going forward so we hopefully don't have this issue again. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family personally, and would use him again if the need arises. His price was great.

I had water coming thru the drywall in my garage that developed mold. In ended up the issue came from a slow leak from the hot water tank pex piping in the wall. I contacted Corey and he came out the next day and gave me a quote for the project of mold remediation, replacing any necessary insulation, drywall repair,wood replacement and a moisture removal station. Corey was one of three quotes I received. I went w Corey because I just felt very comfortable w him after discussing the project and just standing around and talking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At C&Z Restoration, my goal is to maintain affordable pricing while doing quality work. I know times can be difficult and emergency situations arise; therefore I want be able to help a customer while keeping pricing within their reach. I will offer discounts for veterans as I am a veteran myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hiring C&Z Restoration, the customer will get a detailed overview of the scope of work to be completed. I want the customer to know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I will explain my findings and recommend what needs to take place in order to mitigate the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed professional with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. I also hold a certification as an Asbestos Supervisor.
