We met with Ryan Kemp to discuss clearing our lot and installing a construction driveway for our new home build. Upon meeting with J.K. Land Management, we did not know what to expect. Ryan let us know that we would need to start with a culvert to be able to get into the lot. He was very knowledgeable when discussing the terrain of the land and taught us a lot about the undertaking of the project. The process is a lot more extensive than "just removing trees". Towards the middle of the project, I asked him to clear more trees than we originally discussed. I found a great spot on our property that opened up to the creek. With no hesitation he cleared the area and now we have a great area to hang out in the summertime. He is a trustworthy guy and we have used his company for various projects since finishing the build on our home. It is always great to know someone with J.K. Land Management's expertise.
