A Step Above Cleaners has been taken care of my short-term rental for three years. We have been holding super host status with 36 five star reviews. She is also the host for my properties and we hear nothing but great things from all of our guests. I have seen the two reviews that says she did not show up and I know she was going through a situation and now everything has smooth out, but she has always been there for me and responded and has never left me hanging. I highly recommend

A Step Above Cleaners And Property Management has been taking care of one of our short-term rentals now for three years and the newest addition for 4 months. We currently have all five star reviews on one of our properties and with the new property we are starting out strong with 5 five star reviews. They definitely take pride in their work and they make sure to get every small detail. We also do not live in the area, but we visit occasionally and every time we visit our home is in immaculate condition. I highly recommend A Step Above Cleaners And Property Management.

Heather has been cleaning for me for 2 years now and I absolutely love her work. I have found numerous amounts of cleaners who charge a arm and a leg for there services but end up leaving with stuff that hasn't been touched. Once Heather gave me the price and I saw her work I ended up giving her a little bit more. She makes sure that everything is touched, she leaves my home looking and smelling great. She always communicates with me. I have been very satisfied with her work. I recommend her for your cleaning needs. I do know that she cleans for a couple of my friends and relatives and everyone has been satisfied.
