Kevin at Appalachian Solutions knows his stuff! He’s incredibly professional and willing to fully explain how he would help us with grading and regraveling our driveway. We had a few spots where large ruts and holes made our driveway look pretty bad, and he smoothed everything out and filled it all in. His estimate came in over the actual price based on the gravel calculation, so his final bill was a better value than we thought it would be. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing cheap about this work so understand when prices are given, we have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment, fuel, service, maintenance and materials to pay for in order to complete your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I make contact with a customer, I will meet with them, listen to their vision of the project, make suggestions and attempt to join the visions together to insure the customer will be happy with the finished project. Send the customer a written estimate, then it’s in the customers hands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trial and error to be honest. Most of us begin a trade on our own or working with someone else and continue working until we are able to produce a product that is worthy of our customers appreciation.
