I would choose all 5 items - Work quality, Value, Professionalism, Punctuality and Responsiveness. Aaron was the first to respond to my initial request and schedule a visit. He thoroughly inspected the current state of my garage door and had the problem of my concern solved within less that 5 minutes, and gave an honest evaluation of what would need to be dealt with in the future.
