Introduction: I am a professional personal chef, certified dietary manager, and certified food protection professional. My prior experience includes the United States Navy, Walt Disney World, Aramark corporate executive chef, business dining services, executive chef catering services, dietary director, and dining services director for exclusive senior living communities. I am also Servsafe certified, a member of the Association of National Food Service Professionals for four years and a long time member of the American Culinary Federation, which are accomplishments that assure food quality, handling, and sanitation procedures are of most importance to me, as well as my clients.
