- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Current pricing is very affordable and will soon be increasing upon the completion of licensing. All service prices include supply orders, where applicable, prep time and/or delivery and set up, where applicable. Discounts are provided at coordinators discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation/Estimate is always the first step to verify if I meet your needs. This also allows me a seat into your vision and gives me a chance to collect as many details as possible. Service agreement follows, per the details of the consultation. From here, an invoice for services is sent and the planning and/or preparation begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
N/A. I house many years of experience on a personal and corporate level; however, no schooling to directly correlate with this line of work.
