- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$99 Diagnostic fee. Fee not waived or applied to repair if hired. Diagnostic is kept separate as companies that waive or apply to repair just increase labor cost to offset.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First trip out is a diagnostic to see the appliance in question and determine the cause of the issue. Estimate for repair given afterwards. Return trip cost is parts and labor. All repairs carry our own 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
