Sam couldn’t have been more helpful with my HVAC repair and I can’t recommend his services enough. It’s so hard finding someone you trust and I’ve worked with the larger companies and always walk away feeling like I got taken advantage of.
The heater on my townhome had stopped working and to keep it brief, Sam made multiple trips to the unit and went out of his way to walk me through everything (including showing me what exactly went wrong). The job required a very tight timeline due to a tenant moving in and he kept me updated throughout every step via text and everything was more than affordable/fair.
If you’re on the fence about who to reach out to with a future HVAC repair, you won’t regret Sam’s HVAC and you’ll have him in your back pocket for all future needs.
This is my 2nd experience with an issue on my Trane Heat Pump. Sam has been there as he promised and fixed it on both occasions. It’s hard to find someone you trust these days. I trust him and have nothing but good things to say about him. I will always call him for any of my HVAC issues.
