Mr. Boyd took down our shed plus prepped it for a new one and removed some trees. He completed everything the way I wanted plus more! The price was reasonable. He was knowledgeable and looked into property records in order to make sure he didn’t interfere with our septic system. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be calling Boyd Property Solutions.

I highly recommend Wesley Boyd, owner and operator of his company. I just recently had a septic tank replacement and Mr. Boyd was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a 1000 gallon tank which needed to be slightly relocated in my backyard at the direction of the County inspector. Mr. Boyd dug up the old damaged tank and crushed it beneath the ground and filled it in with dirt. He then dug another hole where the County mandated a hole to be dug where the new tank needed to be replaced and he put the tank in place following a very experienced and precisely laid location. He made certain-that every measurement, including the accurate balance of the tank was level. The County inspector again was required to come out and he immediately passed Mr. Boyd‘s work with flying colors.
There are several Contractors that you are required to hireand that is a tank pumper and an electrician. There is paperwork that has to be submitted to the County and Mr. Boyd submitted the paperwork on my behalf, and he also setup the additional contractor’s needed to finish my septic installation. I have found that these are Contractors that he knows and are excellent and he has had experience working with them in the past and was willing to set them up for me. You’re not required to have to concern yourself with any unnecessary details. He can help you with it.
This is the following day and I can’t tell you how nice it is to know I have a quality septic install and that it worked out so smoothly and meets my satisfaction. I feel rest assured that based on any other projects that I need to do, I don’t have to be further worried about this installation.
Mr. Boyd and his staff have outstanding customer service skills and understand that the investment when I as a customer am installing a new septic could have be troubling. He was very soothing, and he rest assured me that there was a certain price I would pay and at the end of the job that was the price that he charged me. If a possible backend cost could possibly be necessary he did discussed it thoroughly with me before approaching the job. After the initial inspection, he was upfront with what possible needs that my project might have to incur because he’s looking at a surface ground level and could only see from that viewpoint to in order to inform me of a more absolute cost once he got into the ground. There are many factors working with this, and that is dependent on the direction and mandate that the county inspectors give.
I’ve had several Contractors in my home, fixing up very important and necessary needs based on my home improvement objectives. I have to say that Mr. Boyd and his staff have got to be one of the very best Contractors that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
He finished the job on schedule and he laid out straw and grass seed which helps facilitate new grass to grow. This also keeps down on the dirt as it dries up.
I would always be available for a additional personal reference if anybody would need one, and I know that when I put my name upon anyone’s work that it is a sure thing that that specific contractor is someone to be trusted.

Wesley was wonderful to work with. He has great communication throughout the entire process and completed excellent work. We had a large barn, large shed and lean-to building that he removed entirely and made the ground smooth. Also to mention he worked so quickly and exceeded timeline expectations.

I highly recommend Mr. Boyd for his excellent work! He did a wonderful job cleaning up and removing the debris from my fire-damaged building, including the burned contents. He was very responsive, professional, and completed the job quickly. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved. He cleaned everything up thoroughly and left the area looking great. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing cleanup or debris removal.
