- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely fair & before either of us agree to the job the client is fully aware of my expectations as I am their expectations. My quotes are highly detailed & lay out exactly what is expected of me and my team ahead of time, and the client knows exactly what they are paying for: nothing is hidden, all is fair, & everything is discussed in detail prior to taking on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by finding out exactly what the clients needs/wants are, where they are located, size of home or space needing the work. I then schedule a time to view the job in person OR have the client send a video or pictures of the space so I can get an exact idea of what I’m working with. Following that I create an itemized & very detailed quote for the client to look over & approve ahead of beginning the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed this type of work. I’ve been told my entire life I was good at it & that I should have a business. So after working the normal corporate office job for 10+ years I decided in Oct 2022 to launch my very own business doing what I love! It has been nothing but positive ever since.
