What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Time and Material Rates along with Network Agreement / Maintenance Agreements. Network agreements include all labor / travel / mileage. Maintenance agreements includes all parts / labor / travel / mileage. Time and Material service calls will be billed per hour, per mile traveled, parts etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Network Support and Printer Repair. We offer Network agreements and Printer Maintenance Agreements to businesses which gives them the peace of mind that ESP is just a phone call away.
