From start to end the process was amazing. John who called me with my request was very professional, courteous and informative. He was able to schedule my appointment during the same week (I had no rush). On the day of my appointment I received a call from John advising tech would be at my house in approximately 45 minutes. Very accurate on the time frame. The tech arrived! His name is Alex. Omg, I was very impressed. This man came in straight to the Samsung dryer, took it apart and provided me with a diagnosis in a matter of 10-15 minutes. He allowed me to clean the parts before he put it back together after the part was replaced. He's super knowledgeable, knows exactly where to pin point the issue and very informative as well. I also asked to check my range burner. He gave me the diagnosis on the same visit and just waiting for the parts for him to come back. They are very reasonable, trustworthy, professional and responsible. I now found my new appliance repair team! I highly recommend this company for all your appliance issues.

I hired PowerOn Appliance for a new appliance install .. They were very prompt with communication. Came on time.. Performed the install carefully , moved the appliances around the house carefully .. Comes with 6 months of post install customer service .. Would highly recommend .. I saved 100s compared to adding install service from the big box retailer I ordered the appliance from

I’m giving this company a 5 out of 5 rating, and here’s why: I initially called them to fix an issue with my dishwasher. The first technician came out and completed the job, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a temporary fix. I was a bit disappointed at first. However, when I called the company again to explain the situation, the person who answered the phone truly impressed me. He was calm, understanding, and quickly grasped what had gone wrong. More importantly, he immediately arranged for another technician to come out and resolve the issue properly. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them—and this team handled it exceptionally well. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right completely turned the experience around. I’m fully satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.
