I cant say enough nice things about Rick and his son Cole. We recently purchased our new home and there were a handful of missing valances from various blinds. I was overwhelmed as I wasnt ready to have to replace every shade in the house so reached out to Rick for help. They stopped by and first, noticing the 10 month old in my arms and two little dogs running around, pointed out the new industry standard for cordless blinds as the cords pose a massive strangulation hazard to children and pets. It never even dawned on me! Then they took a look at our missing valances and to our surprise, had matching valances in their truck that they gifted us- even sawed one down to fit our window! They were so personable and pleasant to have in our home while they explained (without any pressure) what new blind options the industry now offers for when we are ready to upgrade. They will be my first call when were ready! Thank you Rick and Cole for taking the time and for your overall stellar professionalism and class!
