I actually liked all 5 options but could only pick 3. Dennis and Lauren were great - Dennis did an excellent job cleaning and Lauren was easy to work with in getting scheduled and electronically paying

They showed up on time for my appointment. Talked to me step by step on what they we going to do. Asked me if I had any stains before they started. Got the job done in a timely matter and the carpets look great. Good experience.

Dennis is AMAZING!!! He cleaned two homes for me. We have 4 dogs and three kids (along with many kid friends) that are lets say not the cleanest. Dennis got up pee, feces, gum, makeup and many old stains! Still cant believe how dirty the carpets were. I cant thank him enough! Plan on booking carpet cleaning every 3 months for the rest of the year. THANKS LILLARD CARPET CLEANING!!!!
