Introduction: At Back to Health Chiropractic and Wellness Care, our mission is to provide clients with chiropractic care, nutritional/lifestyle counseling, advice, and support with the goal to acquire a higher level of health. We provide hands-on treatments, advice, and the necessary tools, to help our clients achieve their goals, as well as aim to prevent any future health complications. By offering chiropractic and wellness care, a patient centered approach, and changes that are made one step at a time, health can then be obtained. Through patient-centered care, we help you to make the changes you are willing to make to improve your overall health. The consultation is specific to each client and may include chiropractic evaluation, evaluation of current diet, and/or stage of health. The patient will receive advice and counseling in regards to their goals and aspirations. We may then also recommend a diet plan and prescribe diet changes which include whole foods and optional supplementation (which are subject to change based on goals and nutritional need). We may also suggest a workout plan or at-home rehabilitation exercises that work with the client’s goals and ability, as well as offer continued counseling and support throughout the healing process.
