Demo the floor titles in the MB shower and re-title. Like any remodel you never know what you will run into until you get into it. It was discovered that the mud bath was crumbling under the title and needed to be replaced prior to install of the new title. My installer assessed the additional work and gave a very fair price for demo the mud bath and install a new one.

We had our deck washed, stained/sealed and they did a great job! They were efficient and very pleasant through the whole process. I would call them first with any other house issues/repairs.
