The technician arrived on time. The service was friendly and professional. We found out that based on the cost of parts and repairs we were better off buying a new unit. Although we did not follow through with a second visit for repairs I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

We were so glad to finally have our treadmill up and running. We ordered the Pro-Form 9000 in May and tried to assemble it ourselves. My husband can usually assemble anything but this seemed impossible. He contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement part. Which didn’t help at all. The instructions say not to use power tools but apparently that was the only way to get this together. The technician at FMT did a great job finishing the assembly and gave us instructions on how to maintain the treadmill. He was on time and very professional. I highly recommend FMT!

Had a fantastic experience. Needed an expensive treadmill assembled and was inexperienced with assembly myself. The process to set up an appointment was effortless and the technician, Matthew, was fantastic. Not only did he do the assembly both quickly and efficiently, in addition to thoroughly testing the unit to make sure it works, but he was also very understanding when it came to scheduling and accommodated my need to reschedule the appointment. Overall, I would definitely use this service again.
