First; this pro showed up with his teenage son to work site which I didn’t have a problem with if the other issues didn’t occur. He measured one door wrong and didn’t show up at a later date to install door once purchased as promised. I had to get someone else to install with his wrong measurements costing me more money and time. How this Pro received high ratings on Thumbtack, I don’t understand. I gave him an opportunity to explain why he didn’t show up and I informed him of his inaccurate door measurements resulting in wrong door purchase and he never responded, resulting in this rating. Beware!!!
