FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I recently started my business, I'm striving to maintain minimal prices. Currently, building a reputation is more important to me than making money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client reaches out to me, I attempt to gather basic information through correspondence. I often ask the client to send me photos. This is a crucial step, as it helps determine if I can genuinely assist the client at this stage. On the next stage, I visit the client and gather detailed information about the project in person. I inspect the future construction site with my own eyes, assess the scope, and evaluate the complexity of the work. Next, I create a 3D model of the future construction and calculate the precise cost of required materials and labor. Once the model and cost are agreed upon with the client, we coordinate the start date for the project and commence the work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As of today, my main work focus is designing and constructing small structures and additions, such as decks, porches, carports, garages, sheds, shelters for animals, children's playhouses, and the like.
