Jaylen was very professional, prior to service call he explained there is a $75 for a service call which is not listed in his add. I reluctantly agreed. However, he is not a plumber which he stated. We would not have hire Jayden if he was honest in the add: plummer and service fee. Jayden could not fix the leak. Although, he said he could have. We lost confidence after time, and paid him $50 for a service that he was not qualified to diagnose. I’m sure he can install basic plumbing; toilets and sinks. He is not a professional licensed plumber. The add is deceptive.

Sorry you think thumbtack is deceptive for sending you to me but no where on my profile says licensed plumber. I explained all of this and the service call fee prior to arriving. After arriving to your location I worked for 2 hours diagnosing 3 leaks, a drain clog and replaced a shower head for only the service call fee. The only reason it was not fixed is because they had a plumber come out and not do the job correctly. They have loss water lines hanging inside of their drywall freely.
