We were very pleased with the service Jaylan provided. He was very courteous and professional. We had just moved and needed our washer and dryer installed. He is very customer oriented and respectful of your time. Along with the quote, he had estimated his time of arrival. He sent a text to notify us when he realized the job he was on was taking longer than anticipated, but that we were his next stop. The next text he sent notified me that he was on his way and included his exact arrival time. He serious about making sure the job is done well. We would hire him again. Thank you!
