FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I focus on building projects that last and look right for decades , not just years. My estimates include proper structure, materials, and details from the start, so clients avoid surprises and repairs later. I’m not always the lowest price, but my clients value reliability, clear communication, and results they’re proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial message, I review photos and details to understand the scope. If the project is a good fit, I provide a rough estimate range and next steps. For larger projects, I visit the site to confirm measurements, discuss options, and prepare a clear written proposal so there are no surprises later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina. I also hold a civil engineering degree from my home country, which provides a strong technical foundation in structural design, materials, and construction processes. This combination of formal education and licensed experience helps me approach projects with both practical skill and engineering-level understanding.
