Ivan and his team provided a first class experience from start to finish. We spoke with multiple contractors to evaluate their proposals before we decided to move forward with Ivan's company (John Swanson). From the start, Ivan was very responsive. He listened to our ideas and offered suggestions that we hadn't considered. His proposal was very detailed and cost competitive. His crew showed up on time everyday. We could tell that they took pride in their work and it showed in their attention to detail and workmanship. They didn't cut corners. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Ivan communicated throughout the process; from working through and finalizing the design, completing the proposal, permitting, construction, inspections, progress payments, coordinating schedules, and the final walk through. He and his team exceeded our expectations. We love our screened porch stairs, and deck. We will enjoy this with family and friends for years to come. Well done!

He added a screened in patio onto the existing concrete slab and added some electrical. It took a little over 3 weeks. he took care of scheduling all permits and inspections. his crew was very friendly and did their best to limit disruptions. finished product looks great!
