This is my first time trying an interior designer/decorator and I had doubts about the quality/value and frankly the need. I took a leap of faith and tried one room. It felt high for a room. I’m glad to have tried it and feel good about my decision. From the quick response, to explaining the process and understanding my thoughts and style, she was able to help me with decorating my living room (and eventually other rooms). My friends complimented it and it is definitely worth the value. You can give your budget and Alissa works within your budget.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes delivery, installation and pickup, and furniture rental for a period of time agreed upon (generally 1-2 months) Monthly furniture rental applies for additional months needed. I do require payment up front to reserve inventory and to shop.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial phone call to discuss timeline and iron out any Q&As. Then we will meet at the property and discuss rooms to be addressed, etc. Finally we'll agree on an installation date and settle payment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love working with real estate agents and real estate investors. I like these customers because I believe so much of business is built on relationships. Working with them time and time again I get to know, help, and appreciate the individual! I also really just love helping people. So if you have a family or an urgent need to move your property quickly I truly appreciate making lives easier during SUCH a stressful time.
