Alissa has been wonderful to work with. She has an incredible eye for detail and consistently brings thoughtful, beautiful ideas to every design. Alissa is a phenomenal Interior Designer in Charlotte. My husband and I needed flexibility when designing our Home- we didn't want to complete everything all at once and we needed someone who didn't mind giving us options on how to design and complete each space. Not only did Alissa give us that, she made it such a smooth and seamless process for is and we're now designing our 3rd space with her. She provided me with visual renderings so I could see what we were getting into to make sure our rooms were curated with the exact vibe and aesthetic we wanted. It's been such a relief to go through this at our pace and it's been a stress free process. I would highly recommend Alissa for Interior Design, and even staging; she tailors the experience for each client making it special and exactly what we needed.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing includes delivery, installation and pickup, and furniture rental for a period of time agreed upon (generally 1-2 months) Monthly furniture rental applies for additional months needed. I do require payment up front to reserve inventory and to shop.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will have an initial phone call to discuss timeline and iron out any Q&As. Then we will meet at the property and discuss rooms to be addressed, etc. Finally we'll agree on an installation date and settle payment.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I love working with real estate agents and real estate investors. I like these customers because I believe so much of business is built on relationships. Working with them time and time again I get to know, help, and appreciate the individual! I also really just love helping people. So if you have a family or an urgent need to move your property quickly I truly appreciate making lives easier during SUCH a stressful time.
