- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes delivery, installation and pickup, and furniture rental for a period of time agreed upon (generally 1-2 months) Monthly furniture rental applies for additional months needed. I do require payment up front to reserve inventory and to shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial phone call to discuss timeline and iron out any Q&As. Then we will meet at the property and discuss rooms to be addressed, etc. Finally we'll agree on an installation date and settle payment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I love working with real estate agents and real estate investors. I like these customers because I believe so much of business is built on relationships. Working with them time and time again I get to know, help, and appreciate the individual! I also really just love helping people. So if you have a family or an urgent need to move your property quickly I truly appreciate making lives easier during SUCH a stressful time.
