I asked for a deep clean, but they said the quote given was for a standard cleaning, so it cost $90 more. Also, both cleaners were morbidly obese, so there were places that they could not physically reach. Basically, they upcharged me, and I ended up with what I consider a light to standard clean.

We had our home cleaned right before the holidays and Maid Right did an awesome job. From outstanding communication leading up to the cleaning and the day of, to coming home to a spotless house, I cant say enough great things about the service we received. Cant wait to use them again!

Maid Right charges an hourly rate for one time cleans including move in/move out cleans, deep cleans and post construction cleans. We offer a flat rate for our recurring customers and offer weekly, bi weekly and monthly recurring services. Contact us today to hear about our cleaning specials for new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Maid Right of North Charlotte is more than happy to provide a free, in home estimate which will only take a few short minutes. We are also happy to provide an estimate for your home cleaning via phone, email, text or social media. Maid Right will provide a team of two cleaners each time we come to clean your home. We provide the cleaners with all of our professional grade equipment and supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Maid Right cleaners have been be cleared through a detailed background check and are trained to the professional grade Maid Right standards.
