After a major renovation a substantial cleaning was needed. The place is perfect. Two golden retrievers and not a single dog hair to be found.

Its the small details that I really appreciate and love. In the past I have used an independent cleaner but wasnt entirely happy with the cleaning our house was getting. I decided to try Maid Right and I am so glad I did. Matt and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning our house. From the moment I walked in after work our floors were shining and the countertops were gleaming. It wasnt until I put my 16 month old to bed that I saw the small things the team also did. There in my daughters crib was her baby covered up with her lovey (blanket). I thought it was so sweet that they even made sure the smallest things were exactly how they should be. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service!

I'm really impressed with this cleaning company! I've used several local cleaning business and private cleaners over the years and was never impressed by the work. Right away the owner, Matt, was very communicative and helpful. He texted me the night before to confirm the cleaning and the morning of to give me an ETA. Matt and his crew were warm and friendly. The crew did an amazing job cleaning my house! I hate to dust and when I came home and found it gleaming I couldn't have been happier. The house smelled fresh and clean without smelling like harsh fumes. I've been wishing for a magic cleaning fairy, and they finally showed up! If you're like me and too busy or hate cleaning do yourself a favor and get a cleaning service! You can't go wrong with Maid Right!

What a great experience! Matt and his team were incredibly professional during the cleaning and left us with a spotless house.We have tried other cleaning services over the years and have been left disappointed with the attention to detail and professionalism we experienced. It was a breath of fresh air with Maid Right of North Charlotte. The team's attention to detail was great and we couldn't find any spot that they missed in our house. It has been the best cleaning service we have experienced and are looking forward to each future cleaning with them.I'd highly recommend Matt and his team - you won't be disappointed.

I recently scheduled Maid Right cleaning service to clean my home and was very pleased with the service and overall experience. Matt and his team showed up on time, carefully brought all equipment and supplies into my home and got right to work. They were very personable and respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my home even when I wasn't there. I really appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned everything from top to bottom and did so without leaving a heavy cleaning/chemical smell in my home! Great house cleaning service, highly recommend!

Maid Right charges an hourly rate for one time cleans including move in/move out cleans, deep cleans and post construction cleans. We offer a flat rate for our recurring customers and offer weekly, bi weekly and monthly recurring services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Maid Right of North Charlotte is more than happy to provide a free, in home estimate which will only take a few short minutes. We are also happy to provide an estimate for your home cleaning via phone, email, text or social media.
Maid Right will provide a team of two cleaners each time we come to clean your home. We provide the cleaners with all of our professional grade equipment and supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Maid Right cleaners have been be cleared through a detailed background check and are trained to the professional grade Maid Right standards.
