10/10! Super quick and responsive. The walls look fantastic! I reached out to Sam on Thursday, he came out to give me an estimate on Saturday, and he got the job done on Tuesday! He made the walls look brand new AND fixed my DIY painting mistakes on the ceiling. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We hired Samuel to paint our pool. He was the only painter who actually came out at no charge to see the pool and assess it before quoting the job. His work ethic, quality, communication, responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding! His quote was fair and reasonable for the work needing to be done and he explained what and why fie every step of the work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do give more discounts in the colder months of the year. I charge by the square foot and can occasionally give pricing through pictures from online resources such as Realty sites and Google Earth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with understanding what the customer needs and the full scope of work. If needed help them select their colors and explain the available products. I like to walk them through the process from start to finish so they know what to expect. Going over the contract and estimate is very important so there are no surprises on either side.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience painting custom homes and completing commercial projects. I completed my apprenticeship as a painter in the year 2000 and have knowledge about every facet of the painting industry.
