I've used Hands 4 Hire several times now and always have experienced great customer service. Had several to do items for the house from replacing light fixtures to correcting doors that have either shifted or just not square. I also had some light electrical work done. Sal was the workman who came by this time and can't be more pleased with his quality of work, professionalism and overall pleasant guy!I am also very pleased with the respective customer service I receive when I call in, the good folks at Hands 4 Hire and very kind and communicate very well. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of work they do.Will definitely continue to use Hands 4 Hire for all my handyman needs.

We have used several professional venders over the past two years for various projects and this was the worst experience yet, not even close. A two day project took almost 4 months, three different "handymen", one complete redo and the project still needs attention (caulking, sanding, painting) to actually be considered complete. Poor choice of material, bad cuts and uneven surfaces led to the complete "redo" in which still is not finished. While most of the project is now level, the work is far from professional. The first two pictures are of presently existing "craftsmanship" that we get to see on a daily basis. Wooden handrails were never caulked or sanded, so we advised our children, and guests to keep clear to avoid splinters. We are totally missing a wooden support under a section of railing while a different section remains completely unpainted. Mind you it does have the original coat of paint but not the newly quoted layer to match. Ultimately, this experience has been unacceptable and disappointing. We are absolutely unsatisfied and do not recommend Hands4hire to anyone.

I apologize for the delay in getting this to you. The technician that met you had a death in the family the next day and was out of the office for 5 days. We sent the estimate in immediately upon his return.

We've contracted with Hands4Hire on two projects to date: deck repair and bathroom re-do. The work was done professionally, efficiently and to our specifications. The technician was friendly, accommodating and skillful - a jack-of-all-trades. He paid attention to every detail and made recommendations for a better outcome (sometimes at a lower cost). Communication with the office staff was prompt and responsive. We will certainly use this company again.

Our pricing is based on each estimate of the work to be performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our full-time and background checked technicians will come out to review the work requested and provide an estimate. The customer can discuss this with the technician and review the estimate. When the customer accepts the proposal, we will schedule the same technician to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are seasoned veteran home repair experts with an average of 30+ years each under their belt. We provide regular in-house training to keep our service technicians in top form.
