Chris was excellent and even arrived at my home early. He took pride to make certain all Solar Panels were cleaned. Great Job and good price! We will call him for future cleanings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my customers to know that I will always be fair to them as well as myself in regards to pricing. The main goal is to make sure the job is done correctly and the customer is happy. Returning customers will receive a special discount price. I have a special package that will be discussed to help customers decide what upkeeps will work best for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers will receive a warm greeting rather they are new or repeated clients. I will then go over the details of the work that is expected of me before beginning the job. This will ensure that we are on the same page, that way I can meet every need.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing customers should do when they are looking to hire a contractor to clean their windows, is if they are fair, provide great service, and personable.
