I really never thought my house would sell, but Kristopher came in and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. He was honest, thoughtful, and determined to get the job done. I was so surprised how good my house looked when he was marketing it. From the professional photos to all this social media advertising he was doing, everything was just great! I was also shocked by the number of showings it had! He got it sold and ended up negotiating to have it sell over asking! He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell!

Kristopher got the job of getting my house sold when other agents couldn't. I placed my trust in him and he sure did earn it. I was really blown away by him hiring a photographer and a videographer to use towards marketing my house. It really showed the determination and professionalism of getting the job done. Kristopher did an excellent job and got my home sold in 30 days when other agents couldn't!
