The work has not started yes. Just got the HOA approval and await the water meter installation by the town. The irrigation installation will begin within a work after the water meter installation.

I needed a retaining wall replaced and a major drainage addressed. They did an amazing job with the wall and did a couple of different approaches to address the drainage issues. They care about the quality of the work and it shows because they will do what they need to do to help make it right.
