- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial meeting to review scope of project. 2. Provide proposal for services with estimate of time involvement. 3. (If existing structure is involved) Measure and draw existing structure. 3. Prepare schematic design drawings showing proposed changes to existing or altogether new structure. 4. Develop schematic design drawings into more detailed permit level drawings and written specifications for use by a builder. 5. Assist with locating qualified builders. 6. Assist owner with monitoring work during course of construction.
