I have a standard system but it depends on the clients needs and the services that I will be providing to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first enjoy talking with the potential client by phone to get a sense of there wants and needs. I then like to have them fill out a questionnaire that will enable me to get a sense of there style and taste in regards to there occasion or space.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this work by having a job in this field and that is what led me to have a love for this kind of work.
