Mark did outstanding work for me yesterday rescreening my sliding door, installing 2 light fixtures, rechaulking the tub, getting windows working for me that were not opening and a few other little things I needed repaired around the house. He will be returning to build a handrail for the front steps when weather improves temperature wise. We also discussed my wood deck/cement patio, kitchen countertops/backsplash and window replacements. He was courteous and I did not need to clean up in any of the areas he did work. Thank you, Mark!!!!!

Mark and his guy did a phenomenal job replacing floorboards and installing baseboards and quarter round in our condo. Exemplary service and a fair price. Even went above the call of duty and fixed our ceiling fan so the light would work. Great guy and great work ethic! We look forward to working with him on completing the remaining projects in our home.

I hired mark to install a large (375 linear feet) horizontal fence in my backyard. His price for this style was extremely reasonable compared to a standard picket privacy fence (but we chose this style over the standard knowing the difference in price and quality from the start), and I will undoubtedly say that it was worth every single penny. He and his crew were extremely professional and very polite and worked diligently to get the job done. Our fence is of by far the best workmanship and turned out beautifully. Best fence I've ever seen. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Go with Mark (Jack of Trades) and you will not be disappointed! He takes great pride in his work and it showed in every aspect of our dealings with him. Thank you for your excellent service sir!

Our deck was power washed and stained. Because of some bad weather during the process, the finish on the deck was disrupted before it could dry. Mark came back out, power washed a second time, sanded down the problem areas and applied fresh stain to assure a polished finish. We are very pleased with the results! Additionally, he installed lattice around the base of the deck with an access door. He agreed to frame the panels for easy removal if more direct access is needed in the future. Finally, he designed and built 3 cedar garden boxes for our vegetable garden. We'll definitely be working with him again in the future on other projects for our home. Highly recommended, Mark was prompt with all replies and communications, showed up on time and worked with us when necessary on scheduling.
