Would never use this company again. We hired them as our renter with four children had no heat on a cold day and they could get here first. They showed up as promised and promptly condemned the unit after changing out the switch telling us we needed to immediately replace the unit. They left that person and her children with no heat and also told her there was a CO2 leak. She was terrified. We ended up paying for a more reputable long-term company we have used to go out and they immediately put the heat on, tested the CO2 and said there were no issues. Very unimpressed with this scamming and fear mongering. I was not going to write a review but then they sent an invoice for $103.00, which we paid so we will never have to deal with them again. Please beware!

Sorry for your bad experience, you were charged for the service fee and the replacement of the power switch, which we were originally there to do. Upon starting your furnace after we repaired power, it had symptoms of a cracked heat exchanger, so we inspected your furnace and did a CO test in the home, at no charge. We provided pictures proving that the home was getting carbon monoxide inside, standing in your living room with your tenant.
