FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, itemized estimates before starting any work so there are no hidden surprises. Depending on the size and scope of the project, we work with both fixed total quotes and hourly rates. We also offer discounts for repeat customers and bundle options for multi-room projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Next, we complete a thorough job-site assessment and provide a detailed written proposal. Once approved, we establish a clear schedule, keep line-of-communication open throughout the project, and conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure 100% satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings hands-on trade expertise across general contracting, carpentry, tiling, and residential remodeling. We continuously update our knowledge on local building codes, modern materials, and safety standards to deliver top-tier craftsmanship.
