I contacted 4-seasons through Thumbtack. They were quick to respond to my message; however, I did not notice the response due to my misunderstanding of the Thumbtack app. Brian contacted me directly to follow up on the services requested. Prior to contacting 4-Seasons, I attempted to contact a couple other businesses for yard service and never received a response. I am extremely happy with how quickly Brian responded and most definitely will use their services again.

I discovered 4SLC here where there are only 5 star reviews. This is the main reason why I decided to contact him. Brian helped us come up with a plan to transform the yard of our new home. He worked with suppliers to find the best price and coordinate delivery of plants, rocks, and materials. My project included outdoor lighting, boundaries, planting, removal of old garden beds, cutting trees/bushes, cleaning up lawn, and installing a fence. I’m a very meticulous person and Brian made sure things were done the right way and addressed all my concerns. I enjoyed working with him and the results are beautiful. We will continue to work with 4 Seasons Lawn Care for seasonal maintenance of our yard. p.s. We recently had one of our outdoor in ground lights malfunction and stop working. Brian made sure to come out the next day and fix the issue at no charge. He really is passionate about the work he puts out there and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in offering fair reasonable rates. Being raised by my grandmother I know first hand many of our elderly are on fixed incomes. The physical requirements combined with the elements can make this a very hard job. Which is why I offer 10% discounts to senior citizens and military. (only applied on services not products)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to your location and meet you (if you have time) and then walk the property taking any information needed. Depending on job I either will quote a price on the spot or send an estimate via email/text or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsement. 13 Years of employee experience in the industry. From multi million dollar companies down to just me and the owner every day on a route.
