Great first impression. Quick response and initial meetup. I was looking for a couple of big jobs a year and twice-a-month maintenance. Email addresses were exchanged, and I agreed to the maintenance price, and then I didn't hear back. I sent a text which was read, and unreplied. I left a pretty bad review onThumbtack, and then heard back. I don't know if he saw the review, or wires got crossed but Thumbtack making it so hard to edit reviews makes me not want to use it anymore. It's really hard to do. You can only do it once, and you can't do it from your phone. I can't give higher than a three because of the experience, but Brian was nice if not prompt. I'm not sure if we will move forward or not. The other review will apparently never be removed but I wanted to try and leave something more fair to Brian.

I was in a bind and looking for immediate lawn care service. Brian’s response time was quick and not only was he able to provide a quick estimate , he also provided the requested service on the exact same day. I know this is not always the case, but I lucked out and he was working in our area that day. He took his time to explain what was needed and more importantly what was NOT. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in offering fair reasonable rates. Being raised by my grandmother I know first hand many of our elderly are on fixed incomes. The physical requirements combined with the elements can make this a very hard job. Which is why I offer 10% discounts to senior citizens and military. (only applied on services not products)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to your location and meet you (if you have time) and then walk the property taking any information needed. Depending on job I either will quote a price on the spot or send an estimate via email/text or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsement. 13 Years of employee experience in the industry. From multi million dollar companies down to just me and the owner every day on a route.
