Brian and 4-Seasons Lawn Care was our hero! After getting the run around with those other lawn service companies (the one that outsource- we had a no response, then a no show and then someone showed up with the wrong equipment) we were so frustrated:/
But Brian was the opposite! He responded to our request quickly, came out to do an estimate and got to work right away in our then overgrown yard. He was punctual and an excellent communicator. Not to mention our yard looks excellent. Couldn’t recommend him more!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in offering fair reasonable rates. Being raised by my grandmother I know first hand many of our elderly are on fixed incomes. The physical requirements combined with the elements can make this a very hard job. Which is why I offer 10% discounts to senior citizens and military. (only applied on services not products)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to your location and meet you (if you have time) and then walk the property taking any information needed. Depending on job I either will quote a price on the spot or send an estimate via email/text or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsement. 13 Years of employee experience in the industry. From multi million dollar companies down to just me and the owner every day on a route.
